The Ekurhuleni Regional Council of SPCA’s is a non-profit organisation and represents the 9 SPCA’s within the metro and our partner society, Heidelberg SPCA.
Our objective is serve and protect ALL animals, to unlift their welfare and to ensure that the protection they have under South African law is upheld and respected.
Our Mission
Our mission is to prevent cruelty and promote the welfare of animals, whilst our vision is to end animal cruelty in South Africa and engender compassion for all animals.
